Severe Weather Possible In Parts of the Northeast Today!
Severe weather will be possible across portions of the Northeastern US today. Areas are at risk for damaging winds and small hail.
Severe Storms Will Race Across the Great Lakes Thursday!
A squall line of severe storms will continue to move east and southeast across the Great Lake states today, accompanied by damaging winds and large hail. Chicago will likely be spared, but Milwaukee and Detroit as well as portions of central Ontario could be in line for stormy weather through this evening.
Heat Wave Continues For The Central US
Above average temperatures are expected across a large portion of the central US through the weekend. Heat indices could top out as high as 120°F in some locations.
Upper Midwest, Northern Plains to See Severe Weather
Isolated severe storms will be likely across parts of the Northern Plains and Upper Midwest on Wednesday afternoon and evening. North Dakota and northern Minnesota could see more organized convection into the overnight hours.
