Flash Flooding threat still evident across Houston through Thursday

There is an ongoing flash flood threat across parts of Texas through Thursday. Over the past few days some locations west of Houston saw a crippling 15+ inches of rain. According to CNN the flooding has lead to at least seven deaths and over $5 billion in damage. Already this rain event broke the wettest April on record in the Houston area.
