Severe Thunderstorms expected in the Southern Plains and Great Lakes

The latest model runs are favoring an elevated risk of severe thunderstorms in Texas and Oklahoma, with a low risk in Kansas, Nebraska and the Great Lakes. Keep an eye to the sky if you have any outdoor activities planned across these areas. Some of these storms could produce damaging winds, large hail, and isolated tornadoes in west Texas.
