We’ve already seen the numbing cold pour into the northern states from the Arctic this week. This weekend will see a round of snow and ice across the Rockies, Plains, Midwest, and Northeast.
The heaviest snow will spread east from the Plains and Midwest through Friday evening and the early hours of Saturday. The storm will then push into the Northeast through daytime Saturday. Freezing rain will follow for much of the Midwest and areas East.
