Halloween Forecast

Halloween Night:

For those of you planning on trick-or-treating tonight, here’s how Halloween is shaping up. The warmth that began over the weekend will persist for much of the eastern half of the country. Temperatures will be 10°+ above average, so you can leave the coat at home in the Plains and South. An intense low will be dragging up the Northern Plains which is allowing for all the warmth. This low will bring gusty winds and rain chances to the Dakotas and Upper Midwest. Additionally, a potent area of high pressure will be plummeting south from eastern Canada Monday, bringing temperatures down in the interior Northeast. Finally, along the West Coast, another storm system rolling off the Pacific will bring rain chances from Washington to NorCal.
