Severe weather will be possible across portions of the Northeastern US today. Areas are at risk for damaging winds and small hail.
Warm weather continues across a majority of the US but that also means in some parts of the country an increased risk of severe weather. Portions of the Northeastern US have a slight risk of severe weather in the form of wind gusts as high as 60 mph and small hail. While most of the activity will spare the more populousĀ US cities, Montreal and Quebec City in Canada have a chance of seeing some stronger storms. Storms should develop in the early afternoon and last through the evening hours.
